As a valued partner of the Enalasys Corporation team, we want to congratulate you on the success we have shared in the 2010 Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) Quality Installation and Quality Maintenance (QI & QM) Program thus far. Due to your hard work, approximately 30,000 residential and commercial properties will have been serviced through this program. You should feel proud that you have improved the efficiency of equipment that provides comfort to hundreds of thousands of PG&E customers daily.
Even as successful as this program is, the funding is still limited. This announcement is to inform you that, although Enalasys Corporation has requested additional program funds, the original budget is nearing depletion. We will continue to work to secure an additional allocation, but in an effort to assure that all eligible work is completed and paid on time, we must request that you do not schedule or provide service under this program past 10/1/2010 and that all completed work be submitted no later than 11/5/2010. All projects submitted will be processed on a first come first serve basis until funds are depleted.
Customers value your service, so please continue to conduct business as usual up to the October 1, 2010 deadline as this is how we have calculated the usage of the remaining funds.
If additional funding is secured before the aforementioned dates, we will provide notification on new program closure dates.
