If I am a HERS rater, am I eligible to receive the contractor incentive if I perform the work?
Yes.
How do we know if a customer is located in Climate Zones 2, 4, 11, 12, or 13?

What is the rule when a city has more than one climate zone?
When any part of the city is in an accepted climate zone, it will qualify (e.g. Vallejo is in Climate Zones 2 and 3, so therefore, it qualifies).
Who do we turn our CF-6R form into in order to receive the incentive?
The application form must be electronically submitted via Home Enalasys' eOne Platform.
What if I don't have the means to electronically submit the CF-6R form?
On an exception basis, you can contact Enalasys who will provide you with instructions on how to submit a hard copy CF-6R form.
Who will pay the incentive to the contractor and to the customer?
PG&E pays both the contractor and the customer. The typical turnaround time for a complete and error-free job is 6 to 8 weeks.
How can I check on the status of my incentive?
First look in the eOne platform by Master Test ID. You will see the status. If invoiced, assumed 6 to 8 weeks before a check arrives. If after 8 weeks, you or your customer have not received the checks, contact Scott Clay at Enalasys (877) 411-TEST (8378) or email sclay@enalasys.com
All the duct work on an existing system had to be replaced when the replacement air-conditioning system was installed. Is the system now considered a completely new system?
Yes.
What is 'NGAT' (Natural Gas Appliance Test) or CAS (Combustion Appliance Safety Test)?
An ambient room test(s) and or secondary appliance flue test, which is performed before and after installation of energy efficiency measure (EEM) that has the potential to change the venting characteristics of a dwelling or place of business.

Is a NGAT or CAS required?
YES, if in the professional judgment of the contractorand duct sealing work has been performed, the appropriate test(s) may be required.
