The eOne Platform is an enhanced software application that Enalasys Network participants can use to upload and access results from diagnostic tests performed by participating HVAC contractors. This software can be downloaded for free online.
Why is the eOne Platform going to help me?
A: The eOne Platform can enhance your everday building department operations by allowing you to authorize and close out building permits online. This process promotes compliance with Title 24 laws because the forms submitted by participating Network contractors are filled by specialized Verification Service Technology that is tamperproof. This means that a contractor CAN NOT alter the data inputted by the test.
Do I have to use the eOne Platform in order to comply with Title 24?
You are not required to use the eOne platform, however, once you start using this powerful application, you will wonder how you ever got by without it. The goal of this innovative tool is to make your job easier, more efficient and assist the compliance process with 2005 Title 24 Energy mandates.

What is a CF-4R?

These documents include information about the measurements and tests that were performed. The HERS rater verifies that the requirements for compliance credit have been met. Copies of the CF-4R should be provided to the Builder, HERS Provider and Building Department with a wet signature for every home taking the HERS credit
