Eric Taylor

President & CEO

CEO, President, Co-Founder & Director is responsible for bringing company products from conception to market; raising approximately $12 million to date; driving sales; assembling a top management team; and creating solid alliances with strategic partners.

With 18 years in the same-day freight industry as founder, Chairman and CEO of Jet
Express Inc., Mr. Taylor lived through industry transformation due to deregulation and FedEx's strategic use of global tracking through new scanner technology.

Mr. Taylor has drawn on that experience to develop and implement a similar transformation through technology for the utility and HVAC industries. He has directed and overseen the implementation of this strategy in the development and distribution of innovative technologies and products. 

Mr. Taylor's experience of a balanced of broad far-reaching vision, combined with practical business experience and leadership has resulted in Enalasys products being used in 12 States and 18 utility programs during the course of the company's history. 

Tom Morrison

VP New Products and Services

joined Enalasys in March 2010. Tom comes to Enalasys with over 30 years of industry experience, most recently with PG&E.  He has held a variety of positions in the areas of Customer Efficiency, Customer Service and Purchasing.

He started with PG&E in the purchasing department and developed and implemented a process for consolidating the number of contracts PG&E used for managing the repairs of their fleet vehicles and renegotiated contract prices that reduced overhead costs.

While in customer service he managed PG&E's customer satisfaction program for the East Bay area and supervised a team of residential and multi family home energy auditors. He designed quality control, quality assurance policies and field inspection processes for single family, multifamily and small business programs. Tom managed the Residential Contractor Program (RCP), and developed and implemented the current midstream HVAC programs for Duct Test and Seal (DTS) and Refrigerant Charge and Air Flow (RCA). He also supervised and managed the single family downstream rebate and midstream HVAC, water heater and appliance recycling incentive programs.

Most recently he worked on the design and implementation strategy for the Whole Home Prescriptive and Performance programs expected to launch in the second quarter of 2010. Tom will be focusing solely on new products and services for Enalasys such as greenNet™ and ComfortPulse™ as well as working with the operations and marketing and sales teams.

Luke Hermann

VP National: Contractor Sales & Marketing

Mr. Hermann brings extensive experience in developing profitable sales & marketing programs, business ventures, business management, business ownership, and business consulting.  Mr. Hermann's experiences include sales and marketing, cutting edge program rollouts, business acquisitions, and call center management. 

Mr. Hermann started, acquired, franchised, and sold $100 million in private and publicly owned contracting and service businesses with a specific emphasis on the HVAC industry over the 12 years prior to joining the Company.  His construction management experience has included a $100 million manufacturing facility for IBM, a $50 million Ridge Tahoe resort, a $35 million Sierra Pacific Power office building, a $20 million underground baggage facility for United Airlines, and a $20 million State Office Building for Nevada as part of the general contracting team, as well as individual single-family residences. 

All of his business endeavors also involved unique recruiting and hiring programs for various interrelated positions from executives to front-line personnel.

David Manoguerra

VP National Utility Operations

Mr. Manoguerra joined Enalasys in July 2008. During his 30 years with Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Manoguerra was a recognized industry leader in green building, solar technologies, and building performance. He managed and supervised work quality inspection teams and managed residential and small commercial energy efficiency programs including the ENERGY STAR® Comprehensive HVAC Quality Installation Initiative, the Pool Pump Motor Replacement Initiative, The Cool Roof Program, Demand Response Product Development Sector, and California Residential Solar Initiative. Currently, Dave is leading the Enalasys Field Operations activities focusing on enhanced levels of quality control and quality assurance management practices for the delivery of national programs. He oversees the development and design of new and innovative program strategies for our national accounts which today are focused on program growth and the migration of programs toward the whole home delivery strategy.

Bill Preisendanz

VP Business Development

VP Business Development and Start-Up, joined Enalasys in 2004, building on a career in software sales. His extensive experience includes selling enterprise-wide life-cycle management software for Symantec Corporation, selling enterprise-wide search and navigation software for Jeeves Solutions, and also selling content management software for Interwoven, Inc. He has experience managing regional sales force personnel and managing large marketing projects.

Jacquelyn Smith

Senior Director of Marketing

Ms. Smith joined Enalasys in December 2009. Jacquelyn brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications.  In her former position with Pacific Gas and Electric, Jacquelyn managed the Energy Efficiency outreach communications plan for internal and external events, developed marketing material for various events and programs, and negotiated contracts with vendors.

She formulated marketing outreach strategies and managed senior leadership engagements to promote energy efficiency programs and services. Past positions include: Marketing Manager, Littler Mendelson, P.C., Event Marketing Manager, UC Berkeley College of Engineering, and Manager, Haas School of Business MBA Program, UC Berkeley.

Jacquelyn will be responsible for managing the marketing efforts of the company and promoting the company's programs and services in various capacities. Smith received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley and Master of Science degree in Psychology from Cal State East Bay.

Nelson Baxley

Controller, Treasurer and Director

Mr Baxley began his business career with Fibreboard Corporation in San Francisco as internal auditor. After serving in the US Army Security Agency as an instructor in counter espionage for soldiers destined for Viet Nam, he returned to spend 9 years in public accounting as Senior Manager with Deloitte Touche. He went on to start a manufacturing firm that designed and implemented the manufacturing lay out for proprietary chemical and patented retail product manufacturing in the former construction site for the Saturn IVB rocket . From this business venture, Nelson took the patents and developed proprietary processes for reclaiming media waste products and merged with a large computer disc substrate company which he then purchased. After a successful ESOP implementation the company was sold to Furukawa Electric. For the next 20 years he served as President and CEO of the 2nd largest Maquiladora Shelter company which created jobs and employed over 1,000 local families to work in the sheltered Mexico operations for Lancer Orthodontics, American Meter Company, Data Products Co, Horton, Inc. and many others in the fields of medicine, metal mechanics, computer products, printer products, and electronics. The company purchased one of the first full E-Scan AC testing units. In 2005 he served as General Manager and Controller of the Mexicali site for one of the largest worldwide electronic repair companies with 800 employees. Nelson holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from San Jose
State University.

Lee Boothby

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Boothby has been with Enalasys for over 13 years, and serves as the Company's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Boothby has more than 31 years experience as a business and litigation attorney. She is admitted to practice in the California, New Mexico and the District of Columbia.

She began her career as an expatriate tax attorney for Arthur Young & Company in Athens, Greece where she served as tax advisor to a number of prominent CEOs, Presidents and Vic Presidents of multinational corporations based in the Middle East and Northern Africa, including Mobil Oil, GE, Lockheed, First National Bank of Chicago and American Express.

After her return to California in 1986, she expanded her practice to include civil litigation as well as corporate and business law. From 2004 to 2005 she was an assistant district attorney in Taos, New Mexico. Thereafter she went back into private practice and has since established the New Mexico Legal Center located in Taos. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1979, where she served as Assistant Editor of Law Review.
