Eric Taylor

President & CEO

Mr. Taylor is responsible for bringing company products from conception to market,; assembling a top management team, and creating solid alliances with strategically placed corporate giants, such as Honeywell, Pacific Gas and Electric, Southern California Edison, Tennessee Valley Authority, National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.

With 18 years in the airfreight industry as Chairman and CEO of Jet Express Inc., Mr. Taylor successfully guided Jet Express through a major industry transformation due to deregulation and FedEx’s strategic use of global tracking and “Proof of Service Concept” through its scanner technology.

Mr. Taylor is developing and implementing a similar strategy for the utility and HVAC industries. He has executed the development of innovative technologies, products and pioneered the verification services to better track and improve energy efficiency in homes and businesses in America.

He has also directed the research and development of a new line of products (not yet released) that are designed to address the critical issue of reducing summer peak demand. Mr. Taylor’s visionary strategy, combined with practical business experience and leadership has resulted in Enalasys products being used in 12 States and 18 utility programs.

John Faircloth

Co-Founder

Mr. Fairclothis the inventor of the eScan.  Mr. Faircloth has spent 33 years in the HVAC service industry and is a recognized pioneer and expert in the field of HVAC technology and environmental improvements. Most notably, Mr. Faircloth founded two successful companies:  Arctic Cold Controls in Houma, Louisiana and Faircloth Air Conditioning in Jacksonville, Florida. He was also an instructor for CETA where he taught courses in air conditioning service.  Mr. Faircloth remains involved with the Company, assisting with technology advancements and research.

Kerry DeLay McCane

CFO & COO

Ms. McCane joined Enalasys in January 2009 as Chief Operating and Finance Officer. Ms. McCane began her career with Procter and Gamble in Kansas City. Advancing in manufacturing management and capital management from 1993 through 2001, McCane led work in Kansas City, the corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, and several European locations.

In 2001, McCane joined Burns and McDonnell Engineers and Architects in Kansas City where she created and managed a new consumer products division. She soon moved back into manufacturing as the plant manager of a new plastic packaging facility in Kansas City with Consolidated Container Company.

From 2002 through January of 2006 McCane rose quickly from her initial position as plant manager and was soon leading the development and implementation of manufacturing systems for the corporation. In her final role with Consolidated Container Company, she managed the company engineering and product development center.

McCane joined Clockwork Home Services in January of 2006 as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions. In that role, she led the acquisition and integration effort at the newly acquired Dial One operation in Indianapolis. In May 2006, McCane was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Clockwork Home Services. In this role, she continued to lead acquisition activity and assumed responsibility for Information Services, Human Resources, Legal, Accounting and Finance and shareholder and media relations.

Most recently, in October 2008, McCane left Clockwork Home Services to begin her independent consulting business, Zephyr Business Consulting. She focused on small and medium size businesses interested in growing through acquisitions or preparing for due diligence as a target company. In addition, she also worked with companies interested in understanding and improving the performance of their brand portfolio. McCane received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University. She earned her Masters in Business Administration in operations management from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Luke Hermann

VP National: Contractor Sales & Marketing

Mr. Hermann brings to Enalasys distinctive experience in developing profitable sales & marketing programs, business ventures, business management, business ownership, and business consulting.  Mr. Hermann’s experiences include sales and marketing, cutting edge program rollouts, business acquisitions, and call center management. 

His extensive background in all facets of business sales, marketing and implementation programs serves the Enalasys mission very well.  Mr. Hermann has started, acquired, franchised, and sold $100 million in private and publicly owned contracting and service businesses with a specific emphasis on the HVAC industry over the 12 years prior to joining the Company.  His construction management experience has included a $100 million manufacturing facility for IBM, a $50 million Ridge Tahoe resort, a $35 million Sierra Pacific Power office building, a $20 million underground baggage facility for United Airlines, and a $20 million State Office Building for Nevada as part of the general contracting team, as well as individual single-family residences.  All of his business endeavors also involved unique recruiting and hiring programs for various interrelated positions from executives to front-line personnel.

David Manoguerra

National Utility Operations

Mr. Manoguerra became an integral team member with Enalasys in July 2008.  In his former position with Pacific Gas and Electric, Mr. Manoguerra managed and supervised numerous energy programs including the California Solar Initiative Program.  Through his leadership at PG&E, the participation in the Residential Mass Market HVAC program increased by 50 percent.

Bill Preisendanz

Business Development

Mr. Preisendanzjoined Enalasys in 2004, building on a career in software sales.  His extensive experience includes selling enterprise-wide life-cycle management software for Symantec Corporation, selling enterprise-wide search and navigation software for Jeeves Solutions, and also selling content management software for Interwoven, Inc.  He has experience managing regional sales force personnel and managing large marketing projects.

Mike Davis —

Senior Director New Product Development

Mr. Davis returned to Enalasys in August 2008, after serving as VP of Operations at Ciralight.  While at Ciralight, Mr. Davis directed the design, development and implementation of a solar tracking device using the latest global positioning technology.  As a result, Mr. Davis significantly reduced the installation time of the product, resulting in the feasibility of worldwide distribution.

During his first stint with Enalasys, Mr. Davis served as VP of Operations.  In this role, he improved the manufacturability of the Company’s product line. His work earned the approval of Honeywell International, making the Company’s strategic alliance in 2001 possible.  He also played a key role in establishing a customer technical support center and an engineering feedback system.

Prior to joining Enalasys, Mr. Davis owned his own consulting company, Mike Davis Enterprises.  His company specialized in the management of biomass feed stocks for alternatively powered commercial power plants and industrial conversion technologies.  His consulting company was contracted to Thermo-Electron to manage fuel supplies for two commercial power plants in northern California and SWAN Biomass to conduct feed stock availability studies and research in the western United States.

From 1992 to 1998 Mr. Davis held the position of Manager of Fuel Operations for CMS Generations, a CMS Energy Company based in Dearborn, Michigan.  He successfully reduced the operating cost of CMS’s Imperial, California facility by over $5 million per year.  He then went on to gain control of and reduce the operating costs of their Flint, Michigan facility by approximately $1 million annually.  While at CMS Generations, Mr. Davis was called on to advise the company on the fueling requirements and operations at many of their power plant facilities.  Mr. Davis received his Associate of Arts degree from Imperial Valley College and has taken additional business classes at California Polytechnic University, Pomona and Southwest Texas State Universities in San Marcos, Texas
