In a continued effort to improve the HVAC industry standards, Enalasys is bringing people together who share a common vision. Energy programs, quality measures and conservation are critical components to the future of the HVAC industry as well as the environment. Enalasys is proud to announce two recent additions to their growing team, including David Manoguerra and Bruce Butler. Both will be critical to the future development of Enalasys, by bringing a wealth of knowledge, expertise and a vast network of opportunities among a diverse number of key players and partners in the industry.
DAVID MANOGUERRA
David Manoguerra of San Francisco will be an integral team member acting as the VP of National Utility Operations. With his experience of building alliances and expertise in attaining employee commitment and teamwork, it is apparent that David brings exceptional qualities to his new role.
In his former position with Pacific Gas and Electric, David managed and supervised numerous energy programs including the California Solar Initiative Program. His leadership at PG&E "increased participation in the Residential Mass Market HVAC program by 50% through building alliances with program related contractors and aggregators." All this aside, David brings an enthusiasm and a leadership style that produces results.
When asked how he felt about the new role at Enalasys, David said "it is an exciting time in the energy efficiency field and we are continually looking for ways to improve program delivery and credibility for our clients."
David brings his visionary leadership and dedication to excellence to a business that is defining the word innovation in the HVAC industry. His recent statement says it all, as he looks ahead to the possibilities and future of Enalasys…

BRUCE BUTLER
Bruce Butler of Jacobstown, New Jersey brings over 15 years of business development experience to Enalasys. His expertise in the industry will help to continue the growth of Enalasys and its innovative HVAC programs, products and platforms.
Bruce's former role as Business Development Director with Field Diagnostic Services, Inc. has provided him with the critical knowledge and expertise for a seamless transition to Enalasys. With his already established presence in the industry, he is an immediate asset. When asked about his future role at Enalasys, Bruce spoke with enthusiasm about the opportunity and said that his "goal is to help Enalasys continue its rapid growth by opening up new markets outside of California & Nevada. The entire country has been watching the development and success of the energy saving programs in California. I believe several markets on the east coast are ready to follow California’s & Nevada’s lead."
Not only does Bruce bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from his recent position at Field Diagnostics but he also brings his financial background with him where he developed banking and investment brokerage experience while maintaining a $20 million discretionary managed accounts practice for personal and small business clients.
With the continued growth of Enalasys and the addition of new team members, Enalasys looks forward to new opportunities as it expands its business across the United States and beyond.
